Too many customers had been burned by bundles that shed within weeks or colors that faded after one wash — so we built our business around the opposite promise: test it before we sell it, and stand behind it after.
Today we work directly with single-donor sources across Brazil, Peru, India, Mongolia, and Vietnam, hand-checking every bundle for shedding, tangling, and consistency before it's listed. No mixed-donor blends. No synthetic fillers passed off as "virgin hair."
